David W. Dye III has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, Class of 1984. David is licensed in Texas as a Professional Engineer (Civil) and as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. David has been self-employed since 1995 as a civil engineer and land surveyor, and since 2002 as a land developer (resort condominiums and commercial). David is the developer of the Waterwheel Resort Condominium project in New Braunfels, Texas. David is married to Amy and has seven children and two grandchildren.
